WP4 Contract Implementation will supervise the contract execution during the 3 phases of the PCP.

WP3 Call for tenders will publish the tender documents defined in WP2 and the user requirements prepared in WP1, manage the tender process, evaluate the offers, and select the tenderers with which a contract will be signed.

WP2 Procurement strategy and tender preparation will define the processes that will be followed during the PCP execution, the evaluation strategy for the solutions developed during the PCP phases and prepare the necessary documents to implement the call for tenders.

In WP1 Preliminary study, we will define the requirements that will form the basis of the tender. These requirements will be based on the ideas proposed in the project proposal.
